Welcome, my friend, to the Weight Loss Laboratory’s 30 Day Weight Loss Challenge.

Here’s what you need to do to get started:

1. Bookmark this page so you can easily come back to it anytime. 

I may have some things to present to you on this page from time to time.

2. Enter your name and email in the box below. 

This is the only way I have to send you your communications and 30 daily lessons/actions. Please be careful what you type. If you don’t start receiving your lessons on the day you should be please email me at and I’ll get it straightened out right away.


3. Each day, open and read your lesson for the day. At the end of your lesson you will be asked to take an action step. Complete that action as soon as possible.
