The conventional wisdom regarding exercise and weight loss is that you must spend a minimum of an hour each day doing long, boring cardio activities, such as jogging on the treadmill.
I’m sure you’ve read that advice before in a popular fitness magazine or heard it from your doctor.
But who really wants to spend all their time plodding along, step after step, on the treadmill for an entire hour?
